Joy Academy Preschool helps children learn and develop by providing children with opportunities to discover, explore and problem solve through hands-on experiences. Specifically designed learning centers allow children to work alone, in small groups and in teacher-led activities at their own pace. We provide the perfect environment for young children to develop their love of learning, school readiness skills, self-control and independence in a truly loving Christian environment designed to support and challenge children in a multi-age setting.
Our Christ-centered developmentally appropriate curriculum has an emphasis in Emergent Literacy.
Our program is unique because we have intentional integration and ongoing observation assuring progress in each of the following areas: personal and social development, language and literacy, mathematical thinking, scientific thinking, social studies, the arts, physical development and health, which are important to future success in kindergarten and beyond.
