Partners

The Minnesota Early Learning Foundation (MELF) is addressing the need to prepare our youngest citizens for school by launching a three-year pilot program of the Parent Aware Rating Tool. The Minnesota Child Care Resource & Referral Network will serve as the coordinating home of the program in partnership with the Minnesota Department of Human Services and The Minnesota Department of Education. Other program partners include Child Trends, the University of Minnesota’s Center for Early Education and Development and Wilder Research.
