The Saint Paul Early Childhood Scholarship Program

The Saint Paul Early Childhood Scholarship Program gives families information and scholarships to help them choose, pay for and stay in high-quality child care/early education settings.

If your family lives in Frogtown or North End and meets the following criteria, your family may be eligible for a scholarship:

  • Annual income at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Guideline, which is about $38,000 for a family of four.
  • Have one or more children who are 3 years old or will be 3 by September 1.
